Klaus Wittkuhn holds a position in Senior Management of ZEB - Germany’s biggest consultancy in banking industry with more than 650 consultants. In addition he is General Manager of his own consulting company, performance design international. In both positions he supports clients to improve their performance systems with a special focus on human performance and human capital management.
Klaus has consulted for more than twenty years in a variety of industries, in the public sector, and with NGOs. This includes a considerable number of international projects in Macedonia, Kosovo, Greece, Turkey, France, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Poland, South Africa, China, Sri Lanka and the US.
He has worked with Fortune 500 and DAX clients as well as smaller clients in banking, chemicals, construction, consultancy, facilities management, financial services, education, electrical, engineering, insurance, legal, logistics, manufacturing, military, motor manufacture, municipalities, oil and petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, power generation and distribution, retailing and telecommunications.
He studied Political Economics and Educational Science and has a broad education in systemic consulting and psychology. He is adjunct faculty at the University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur, Switzerland. He is on the Board of the Federation for Professional Qualification Germany, and is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences. He has published widely. Klaus is an Honorary Life Member of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
