about
M6 Educational Centre prides itself on pushing for positive change and following the “SDG” and “ESG” sustainability goals. For this very reason, we have chosen to create a conference called “Woman Leadership – Breaking the “Glass Ceiling” by Bridging the Gender Gap” which will be held on December 21st, 2023, in M6’s premises.
Our objective with this conference is to raise awareness when it comes to societal pressure as well as prejudice which women face in the workplace as well as prepare individuals, companies and society as a whole to embrace the concept of women leadership and youth inclusion.
We plan to showcase successful women across different industries, and give them an opportunity to divulge into their journey of overcoming obstacles and becoming leaders. By opening the topic of women leadership, we would like to send a message to support and encourage all women who are leaders or are aiming to become one. In this discussion however, one crucial problem occurs – men are not included, and the gender gap becomes wider. We will tackle this by giving space to both men and women to elaborate, debate and discuss.
Youth representation is crucial when it comes to societal change. The future generations of men and women need to be prepared to better our society for this process to have results and impact.
Join us for this exciting and in-depth look into how we can utilize women empowerment and youth inclusion to create a better, brighter tomorrow!
Participants will be symbolically charged, and the income shall be donated to young individuals from SOS Children’s Village.
