Women leadership is a popular topic which concerns all industries, organizations, businesses and individuals on a personal and professional level. Women being more and more present in top levels in companies and institutions has coincided with another societal change – digital transformation and the appearance and utilization of artificial intelligence, which makes the path that women leaders need to pave even more turbulent and challenging. Still, all of this change also opens many new opportunities for women to thrive.
