His practical experience includes design, development and implementation of Enterprise Project Management Information Systems including PM – ERP integration. He has extensive Project Management Consulting and Training experience covering the following knowledge areas: Cost & Schedule Integration, Project Planning, WBS Development, Earned Value Management, Human Resources Management, Communication Management and Risk Management. He has extensive experience as an Agile mentor, Business analysis coach, executive coach. Managing project for a wide range of clients (Deloitte & Touche, EMS, EBRD, UNIDO, EPS, Komercijalna Banka, NIS, Energoprojekt) he gathered extensive Project Management and Management Consulting experience in delivering projects reliably within agreed parameters and providing integrated software solutions for coordinating multiple resources, teams and activities on projects world-wide. He is a member of: Project Management Institute – PMI (www.pmi.org) and past President of the Board of PMI Serbia Chapter (www.pmi-serbia.rs).
