Vesna Kuzmanovic, founder of IMPALA Research, a pioneering Macedonian company developing innovative neuromarketing solutions. IMPALA is home to the first DIY neuromarketing platform, designed to provide deep insights into human behavior by making neuroscience-based tools accessible to companies of all sizes. Through a fully online interface, users can conduct behavioral testing from anywhere in the world.
With over a decade of experience in consumer behavior research, Vesna and her team have developed tools that use neuroscience principles, such as: eye movement, emotional responses, and physiological signals to precisely measure unconscious reactions. The goal: to bridge the gap between science and business decision-making.
At the conference, Vesna will speak about the application of neuroscience in modern management, marketing, and leadership, with a special focus on how neurotechnology is shaping the future of decision-making in human resources -particularly in the hiring process. Her talk will offer a unique perspective on how neuroscience can enhance the way organizations understand, assess, and select talent.
