Agile HR and the Future of Workshops
In this fast changing VUCA world, agile enables organisations to quickly and nimbly innovate and meet rapidly changing customer needs.
The path towards an Agile Organization changes everything – performance management, recruiting, learning & development, compensation and benefits and the way we foster employee engagement. Since people are an integral part of the journey towards business agility, more and more organizations are seeing the value in applying the agile mindset also in HR and people development and how critical that role is for the journey’s success. Agile and new ways of work change dramatically, how HR can and will look like. HR leaders need to understand what Agile means in order to guide wider business transformation and also begin to apply the mindset to modernise and innovate own ways of working.
This workshop specifically focuses on the necessary transformation in the people management approach and practices needed for full organisational agility. HR’s guidance and facilitation of this process is highlighted – unlocking the true potential of people and the heart of the organisation itself. This workshop is for all, who want to understand and shape the future of a modern HR.
During the workshop we will unpack the theories and practical applications behind agility .Great emphasis is placed on practical examples and tools that you can use when you get started on your Agile People initiatives.You will leave this experience having gained both knowledge and practical skills to bring forward new ways of working that place HR in a leading position to creating lasting change, engagement, and a truly empowered workplace.

How will we work?
We are working with different virtual tools. We will provide you with guided information to access all of the various tools prior to our first session if needed and as well as ongoing throughout the experience.
Biography
Maja Majstorović Hajduković is the Founder of Agile People Slovenia. Furthermore, she is a certified Agile HR Facilitator by Agile People, a global movement.
Maja’s passion is helping leaders and HR to change how they work and adapt to best fit in the modern workforce. She helps leaders and HR professionals win with change – empowering value creation in digital times with strong teams, focused leadership, and agile HR.
Having spent a majority of her career leading HR initiatives in dynamic business environments that helped organizations change, transform, and expand, she deeply understands the HR needs of growing companies. She combines her extensive background in HR and organizational development with innovative agile HR practices, to offer a truly unique and transformative approach. The more she witnesses the energy that Agile HR ignites, the more convinced she is of its restorative power, not just for the HR profession but for the future of work. Maja is also a co-author of the Agile People Principles book which was published in September 2020.
