Approach: Whole-Brain Creativity in Action
Creativity requires whole-brain thinking—blending right-brain imagination, artistry, and intuition with left-brain logic and planning. This workshop provides both theory and practice, equipping participants with actionable tools to activate whole-brain thinking and apply it to real-world business challenges.
Participants will engage in a Value-Creation Challenge, using a structured framework that integrates:
- Goal-Driven Thinking – Data-driven, analytical intelligence for problem-solving
- Vision-Driven Thinking – Artistic intelligence for big-picture, future-focused creativity
- Results-Driven Thinking – Operational intelligence for execution and resource management
- People-Driven Thinking – Emotional, relational, and kinesthetic intelligence for collaboration

This workshop is not about becoming artists—it’s about developing artistic intelligence as a leadership capability, integrating creativity with strategic thinking to drive innovation in an unpredictable world.
Duration & Format
This is a two-day (09:00 – 13:00) intensive training session structured to ensure active participation, group collaboration, and knowledge retention.
Participants will be grouped into teams of six people.
Workstations will be arranged to encourage teamwork and discussion, and will be equipped with a variety of art supplies such as paint brushes, watercolors, markers, and other creative materials. The workshop will have a highly artistic and hands-on approach, fostering creativity and expression throughout the learning process.

Meet the Trainer
Linda Naiman is the founder of Creativity at Work and specializes in helping organizations develop creativity, innovation, and leadership capabilities through coaching, training, and consulting. She works with senior leaders and their teams to build creative capacities, manage the creative process, and foster a culture of innovation.
Linda brings a whole-brain thinking approach to learning and development, integrating arts-based practices, neuroscience, and mental fitness. With a background as an artist and designer, she sparks creative inspiration through arts-based learning and uses design thinking to guide the innovation process. Organizations that have sought Linda’s expertise include Cisco Systems, Dell International, Intel, BASF, American Express, Royal Bank of Canada, GE, and Sony Interactive International.
Linda is the co-author of the ground-breaking book Orchestrating Collaboration at Work: Using Music, Improv, Storytelling, and Other Arts to Improve Teamwork. Originally published by Wiley in 2003, it was the first book of its kind to explore the role of arts in business and has since been widely cited in literature on creativity and leadership.
