Meet the Trainer
CRISTIANO NORDIO is a consultant, lecturer and temporary manager. He supports SMEs and corporates in growing through innovation design, by focusing mainly on business modelling, strategic marketing and digital communication. He has a Ph.D. degree in Business Management at University of Milan and a Degree in Economic-Business Statistics at University of Padua.
Throughout his career, Cristiano has:
Founded and managed marketing and web development companies for over ten years.
Worked as an international marketing consultant in emerging economies, contributing to development cooperation projects.
Taught Branding and Communication at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and Advanced Marketing at the University of Padua.
Delivered Digital Marketing training at top trade associations.
Established Four. Marketing blog in 2005, a widely recognized resource in strategic and digital marketing.
Participated as a speaker and moderator at industry conferences on marketing, branding, and innovation.
Developed the Ain’t a Game method, an innovative approach combining gamification and design thinking to enhance customer experience and engagement.
Authored “People Branding: 10 Laws and 10 Cases for Companies in the Process of Innovation”, published by Franco Angeli (April 2017).
With a strong “walk the talk” philosophy, Cristiano blends academic expertise with hands-on industry experience, ensuring participants gain practical and actionable knowledge that they can immediately apply in their work and business ventures.
