Training Overview
The future of organizations will not depend only on having the right strategy. It will depend on how
quickly people across the organization can understand, adopt, learn and act on that strategy.
This workshop helps managers move from being the people who drive every change to becoming the
leaders who create the conditions for change to happen across the organization.
Participants will explore how learning can be embedded into daily work, how AI is changing the way
people find information and develop capabilities, and how trust, informal influence and
organizational stories can accelerate the adoption of change.
Through practical exercises, reflection and peer discussion, participants will connect the concepts to
real challenges from their own teams and organizations.
Why Join This Training?
In a world of rapid change, growing complexity and AI-enabled work, managers can no longer be
expected to identify every problem, provide every answer or personally drive every improvement.
The most adaptable organizations create environments where employees are empowered to solve
problems, share knowledge and continuously improve the way work gets done.
This interactive workshop explores how managers can turn strategic priorities into everyday
behaviours, learning and action—without becoming the bottleneck for change.
