Short Bio
Since 2010 I’ve focused on helping teams become high-performing and hold a certificate from
the Swedish Defence University. Also, I’m certified in tools such as the 5 behaviours of a cohesive
team, Group Development Questionnaire and Teambook. Managers seek my coaching to help
them cope with the everyday challenges of modern leaders. I help leaders with how to
communicate and express themselves. In the process, leaders adjust their mindsets to serving
and building trust rather than ruling and micromanaging. Since 2022 I’m the CEO of Realitycheck,
a platform that turns managers into grounded leaders.
