This one-day intensive workshop is designed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles of Lean, Toyota Production System (TPS), and Kaizen. It will provide both theoretical understanding and practical exercises aimed at fostering a customer-focused mindset and equipping participants with tools to identify and eliminate waste in their processes.
Participants will engage in group exercises, case studies, and discussions, enabling them to apply Lean thinking in various contexts, from manufacturing to services. The training will also cover key concepts such as value, waste (Muri, Mura, Muda), standardized work, and the importance of continuous improvement through Kaizen.
This training will provide participants with a strong foundation in Lean methodologies, preparing them to begin implementing Lean practices in their organizations. By the end of the day, participants will have gained a comprehensive understanding of how to create value for customers, identify and eliminate waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
