During pandemic many things have changed. Including us, consumers. Technology enabled us to become more online and e-commerce oriented. However, customer experience is still something what we all want to have – also in person, not just online. All these changes gave us mdany reasons to look at marketing strategies of the companies in another way. To evaluate, what is still relevant and what not – like how to approach customers today; what new trends are here or are developing? What does the research and analytics show? What are the differences on markets and what happened in different industries? We will address all these topics also with the help of guests peakers, experts in consumer research and digital marketing in dynamic and interactive way.
Through the gamification of Ain’t a Game®, we will “step i into the Customer’s Shoes” – current or potential – to identify their interactions with the company, pinpointing the most significant touchpoints.
Together, we will apply some tools to enhance the customer experience and lead the company towards differentiation and long-term value creation.
Dr. Zalaznik is a full professor of International Business and Marketing at SEB, University of Ljubljana. She is one of the leading researchers and experts in international marketing and business in theregion, focusing on marketing strategies in B2C and B2B, relationship sand trends.
She has published more than 400 articles, helped international companies to design and develop their strategies and was and still is engaged in different professional organizations in the area of marketing and business.
