Policy and conditions of delivery of the products and services
With the completion of the order and the payment of the service (course or conference/event) it is considered that a contract has been concluded between M6 Educational Centre and the customer.
This Policy refers to the delivery of service ordered electronically, whereby the service will be delivered to the address listed in the order.
Services details and prices will be clearly shown on this website. The payment of the services can be made online with a payment card (MasterCard Worldwide, Visa International)
When the ordered service (course or conference/event) is delivered to you, you must immediately inspect it in order to determine if the service corresponds to your order. If the delivered service does not correspond to the order in relation to the description, the code, or other reasons differs/deviates from the ordered service, then you have the rightto request a replacement at least 24 hours in advance of the course or conference/event. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
In a case when an the service (course or conference/event) is not delivered, or you could not attend the event/use the service, please inform us by email email@example.com. We will notify you as soon as possible of the further steps that need to be taken in order to fulfill your rights as a customer.
M6 Educational Centre has the right not to replace the product if it determines any damages by fault of the customer.
