Alex Panayotou
Is a leadership and performance strategist, and strategic advisor to top-level professionals and organisations worldwide. With over sixteen years’ experience working with CEOs, board members, and senior leadership teams across Europe, the US, and the Middle East, her work focuses on resilience, decision-making, and sustaining high performance in complex, high-pressure environments. The Endurance Mindset® is based on Alex’s real-world testing. Over eight years, she designed and completed thirteen extreme solo endurance challenges, including multi-day and ultra-distance runs. These experiences demanded advanced planning, emotional regulation, energy management, and decision-making under sustained pressure.
