Course overview
This one-day workshop offers understanding of the value chain concept and its application in business management. Through discussions and case studies, this course will help participants to gain and improve knowledge, and to identify, analyze, and optimize the value chain, in order to be able to improve operational efficiency, increase competitive advantage, and drive profitability.

Meet the Trainer
Mile Georgiev
Mile brings over 20 years of experience in production, telecommunications, and international business to this workshop. With a rich background in managerial roles at Deutsche Telekom Group and Telekom Austria Group, he combines technical expertise with a strategic perspective on operational management. His experience spans cost optimization, technology integration, and process improvements—all with a focus on maximizing customer value and efficiency across the value chain. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and Telecommunications and an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
